When it comes to beauty, priority should be given to natural ingredients rather than commercial beauty products. Chemicals and toxins in commercial products can do a lot of harm in the long run. Nature being as skillful as any chemist but way more careful of human health, she created wonderful plants that are highly beneficial for your hair.

1- Olive Oil is a powerful emollient that will add body and softness to your hair by penetrating the hair shafts and help them retain moisture.

2- Avocado is one of Nature’s best moisturizers. The vitamin E and protein it contains will help reduce any damage your hair has sustained and will protect them. It supplies essential omega fats that your hair can use to replenish broken follicles.

3- Lemon with its antioxidants will help balance the PH of your scalp preventing dandruff, itchiness or scalp irritation. It is also a shine booster!

4- Raw Honey is composed mainly of glucose and fructose. It contains proteins, amino acids, vitamins, enzymes and minerals acting as a natural conditioner. It can also improve seborrheic  dermatis associated with hair loss.

And now, you can do  an amazing mask without any sulfate or parabens.

Mash 1 ripe Avocado in a mixing bowl. Blend in with 1 tbsp Olive oil , add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of raw honey. Mix all ingredient until you get a cream. Apply to your hair and leave for 20 to 30 minutes.
Rinse well,  shampoo, condition your hair as usual and shine with a smile!
