You need a healthy energizing breakfast in the morning, but time is short so it needs to be quick and easy? No problem, go smoothies! 10 minutes is all you need to kick-start your metabolism with these 3 healthy breakfasts packed with proteins. If you like creamy smoothies, banana is ideal but if you don’t like them, they can be replaced by chia seeds to thicken the drink. You can use frozen bananas to avoid adding water to your smoothies. Try to use organic products, you wouldn’t want to ruin all the healthy benefits with pesticide residues. Choose unsweetened almond milk, as fruits contain already enough fructose to boost your energy.

Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
3 drops of pure vanilla extract


Add all ingredients in a blender, mix until completely smooth and sip away!

Dark Chocolate Almond Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp cacao powder
1 Medjool Date
1 Tbsp almond Butter
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
3 drops of pure vanilla extract


Add the date and banana in a blender, blend for a minute, add all the other ingredients and mix until thick and creamy.

Hawaiian Smoothie
1/2 frozen banana
1 Medjool Date
1 passion fruit
1/4 cup of Mango and Pinneaple
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk


Add banana, tropical fruits,date, and almond milk in a blender. Spoon out the passion fruit directly into the blender. Mix until completely smooth.
